"Welcome to Bliss Yoga & Mindfulness Studio. I’m Halldóra Hart, I created this space to be a safe place to land when the world gets too loud, and you need to connect to the quiet within. No matter the reasons WHY you are here—YOU SHOWED UP! I am so incredibly honored to walk this path of YOGA with you. Namaste."

The BLISS Sessions

From powerful flows to quiet restoration—discover a practice that honors where you are today.

Restorative

A deeply relaxing practice focused on slowing down and opening the body through passive stretching and supported postures. Using props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks, we will allow gravity to do the work as you hold poses for several minutes, releasing tension and cultivating a state of quiet presence and peace

Ashtanga

Build internal heat and discipline through the powerful, structured sequencing of the Ashtanga Primary Series. Pair deep focus with a consistent practice, following your breath through a set series of poses designed for strength, flexibility, and meditative flow.

Vinyasa

Step into your strength and discover your flow. Our Vinyasa guides you through a mindful, synchronized journey on the mat, uniting breath and powerful movement to quiet the mind and revitalize the body. All levels are welcome to this creative practice."

Yin

Step into profound stillness and release. Our curated Yin classes target the deep connective tissues and joints by holding passive postures for 3 to 5 minutes. Perfect as a meditative reset, this practice builds mobility, reduces stress, and cultivates a deep state of quiet presence. (Props are encouraged and provided).

Gentle

Nourish your body and calm your mind with this inviting and accessible class. Moves at a slower pace with a focus on simplified poses, breathwork, and deep relaxation. Ideal for beginners, those recovering from injury, or anyone needing a soft, low-impact day. (Modifications are always provided).

Meditation

Experience a guided journey to stillness and presence. Our mindful meditation classes explore breathwork, body awareness, and visualization techniques to quiet the noise and reconnect you with your innate sense of peace. All levels are welcome, no experience is required.

Halldóra Hart began her yoga journey in 2018 after receiving a complimentary month of classes as a disabled veteran.

Yoga taught me how to slow down, tune in, and get out of my head. I believe yoga is for every body — my classes are a safe space to show up exactly as you are.

Jason discovered yoga in 2021 while healing from a car accident that left him with multiple herniated discs and chronic pain. After a year of physical therapy with little relief, yoga became the practice that helped eliminate his pain and reconnect him with his body.

During a period of unemployment and without access to medication for ADHD, anxiety, and depression, yoga also became his mental and emotional anchor. Daily classes, supportive teachers, and a growing sense of community helped him find confidence, calm, and genuine connection.

Encouraged by his instructors—and a few undeniable signs from the universe—Jason began his 200-hour teacher training in May 2023 and completed it in May 2024. Training pushed him outside his comfort zone, deepened his understanding of breathwork and movement, and gave him the tools to share the practice that transformed his life.

Today, Jason teaches creative, dynamic Vinyasa flows that blend smooth transitions, mindful breathwork, and intelligent sequencing. His goal is to help students build strength, cultivate awareness, and feel supported in their own healing journeys.

When he’s off the mat, Jason loves spending time with friends and volunteering or playing with dogs.
