Welcome to Bliss Yoga & Mindfulness Studio ("Studio," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website at blissandmindfulyoga.com, using our services, booking classes, or purchasing memberships, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Minors may participate in classes only with written parental consent and must be accompanied by an adult unless otherwise specified.

2. Our Services

Bliss Yoga & Mindfulness Studio offers yoga and mindfulness classes, private sessions, memberships, class passes, and related wellness services at our studio located at 311 N De Villiers Street, Pensacola, FL 32501, and through our online booking platform powered by fitDEGREE.

3. Bookings & Payments

All class bookings and membership purchases are processed through our fitDEGREE platform. By making a purchase, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete payment information
• Authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the agreed amount
• Pay all applicable fees at the time of booking
• Comply with fitDEGREE's terms of service in addition to ours

All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time with reasonable notice.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that schedules change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Class Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 12 hours before class start time will receive a class credit. Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the class credit.
• Class Passes: All class pass purchases are non-refundable but may be transferable under special circumstances. Please contact us directly.
• Memberships: Monthly memberships may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. No partial month refunds will be issued.
• Private Sessions: Private session cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a credit.

5. Health, Safety & Assumption of Risk

By participating in our classes and services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Yoga and physical exercise involve inherent risks of injury
• You are physically capable of participating in yoga classes
• You will inform your instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or limitations prior to class
• You will consult a physician before beginning any new exercise program if you have health concerns
• You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation
• You will follow all studio safety guidelines and instructor directions

Bliss Yoga & Mindfulness Studio, its owners, instructors, and staff are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation in our classes or use of our facilities.

6. Studio Code of Conduct

To maintain a peaceful and respectful environment for all members, we ask that you:

• Arrive on time — late arrivals may not be admitted to preserve the class experience
• Silence your mobile phone before entering the studio
• Respect fellow students and instructors at all times
• Maintain personal hygiene and arrive in clean workout attire
• Avoid wearing strong perfumes or scents out of respect for sensitive students
• Return all borrowed equipment (mats, blocks, straps) to their proper place after class
• Refrain from disruptive behavior during class

We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any individual who violates our code of conduct.

Our website and services integrate with third-party platforms including fitDEGREE for class scheduling and booking. Your use of these platforms is subject to their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bliss Yoga & Mindfulness Studio, its owners, employees, and instructors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, participation in classes, or access to our website.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bliss Yoga & Mindfulness Studio and its staff from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your participation in our services.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Escambia County, Florida.
